Cancellations and refunds

What you are buying

Each purchase of £55 unlocks the final PDF of one completed report. It is digital content that we make available as soon as payment is confirmed.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel a contract for digital content. However, before you pay we ask you to confirm that you want us to make the PDF available immediately and that you understand you will lose your right to cancel once you have downloaded it. If you have not downloaded the PDF, you can cancel within 14 days and we will refund the price in full, using the same payment method, within 14 days of agreeing the cancellation.

To cancel, email hello@inventorykit.co.uk with the property address on the report and the email address on your account.

If something is wrong

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If the PDF is faulty, cannot be downloaded, is not what was described, or you were charged but the PDF was not unlocked, tell us and we will fix the problem or refund you. We cannot refund a purchase because you disagree with the content you entered, since the report is made from your own entries.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you were charged twice for the same report, or charged for the wrong report, contact us and we will refund the extra payment.

Business customers

If you use InventoryKit for the purposes of your trade or business, the statutory 14-day cancellation right for consumers does not apply, but you can still contact us about any problem and we will consider it fairly.
